BISP New Payment Start
The new installment of the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) has commenced, and this time payments will be distributed in two phases. The first phase will begin from May 13 to 15, covering the entire province of Balochistan, all districts of Azad Kashmir, all districts of Gilgit-Baltistan, and all four districts of Karachi and Hyderabad district in Sindh. In Punjab, the districts of Attock, Lahore, Gujranwala, Khushab, Mandi Bahauddin, Bhakkar, Mianwali, Nankana Sahib, and Hafizabad will be included in the first phase. Some districts of KPK province, including Haripur Hazara, Peshawar, Charsadda, Mardan, Nowshera, and all districts of FATA, as well as Abbottabad and Mansehra, are also included. All remaining districts of Pakistan, which are not named here, will be covered in the second phase.
8171 Internet Portal
Beneficiaries of the Benazir Income Support Program can check their installments by entering their ID code on the 8171 internet portal. This allows for easy verification and withdrawal of funds from home.

Nigehbaan Card and Himmat Card Program New Update
The government has announced that 324,000 special devices and 700,000 other tools will be provided under the Nigehbaan Scheme Card and Himmat Cards Scheme. Plans include supplying special glasses and hearing aids to 700,000 people. The Chief Minister of Punjab has emphasized the importance of completing these services for disabled individuals as soon as possible.
Registration in Nigehbaan Card Program and Himmat Card Program
Instructions have been given to Baitul-Mal and Social Welfare for the registration of disabled individuals in the Nigehbaan card program. Online registration is ongoing, and the scheme is expected to commence soon. Additionally, a Himmat card will be issued to provide financial assistance to eligible disabled individuals. The Chief Minister of Punjab has announced that in the first phase, 324,000 registered individuals across the province will receive cards to start receiving financial support.
